Hmm...if u r losing hope...think again

I hope the people who needs to see this actually see this.

If you are feeling discouraged because you are not promoted, please be assured that it because that you are either

1. lack of attendance in parades

2. lack of general discipline/conduct (in school or parade)

3. lack of badge work requirements (yes we moniter if u pass or fail ur badge work)

*Pls note that this is only up to the rank of SGT. SSG and above will be more stringent.

*And too many parent's letters will not speak well of you either.

So, if you continue to skip parades, then you are failing your OWN parade attendance. Which means that you will not be eligible for the next round of promotion.

And if think that it's because you do not have any responsibility, then my stand is that you have to be consistent in parades before responsibility can be given to you. Show me that you can be consistent and be of good discipline.

You have to start taking charge of your own parade attendance and be disciplined about it.

To those who are consistent and those who have been more consistent, i am aware of who you are. Dun give up.
