3. Regarding BBSG:
The BBSG booth is at Hougang Point, 2nd floor, next to the trolley bay. On the day of your duty, please ask one of the NTUC managers for 2 roller cages from their storeroom. If your roller cages are full, please call the BBHQ staff (1800-2274273 - 1800-BBSHARE)to come and collect the donations.
One of your NCO's will come down everyday to pass you the tin cans and open up/lock up the booth. Upon opening your booth, please call the BBSG hotline to inform them that you have opened up your booth. About 30mins before closing your booth, please call the BBSG hotline once again to ask them to come and collect your tin cans. An officer/primer will then come down to the booth to collect the tin cans. You are only allowed to leave the booth once your NCO locks up the booth and the tin cans are collected.
When the BBHQ personal come to collect your donations, please ensure that they show you their identification tag before handing over the donations/tin cans.
Do NOT throw away any donations given. For expired/opened/spoilt food, please tie them up in a plastic bag and label it as expired/opened/spoilt.
If anyone wishes to donate old textbooks, please direct them to the NTUC old textbooks dontaion drive (a blue booth next to the escalators).
Futhermore, please be polite to all members of the public. Also, no listening to music/PSP/HP games/etc, failure to comply will result in losing your CIP hours.
Lastly, your IC will inform you again on what time to report for the BBSG, so please continue to check this blog regularly.
For any other questions/problems/etc, please contact me (Daniel Ling-83227008) or any of the other NCO's.
Thanks,
Daniel Ling
